Tyler’s live event career covers 23 years. He currently leads the booking of Visiting Presenters as a part of CARNEGIE HALL’s Artistic and Operations team.

Tyler began his career booking and promoting concerts for LIVE NATION NYC. He worked on hundreds of shows — Oasis, The Flaming Lips, The Killers, Beck and countless others.

Following Live Nation, he joined Carnegie Hall’s staff for the first time, creating and producing programs for millennial audiences. Lin-Manuel Miranda and Duncan Sheik made their Carnegie Hall debut through this series.

Tyler then produced and developed high-profile shows for UNICEF USA for nearly 14 years. He created events featuring some of the world’s most talented artists and notable figures, including: Matt Damon, Octavia Spencer, Sir Elton John, Katy Perry, Hillary Clinton, David Beckham and Mariah Carey.

In 2022, he served as Supervising Producer for a documentary short film about UNICEF, IF YOU HAVE, by two-time Oscar-winning director Ben Proudfoot. The film won the 7th Annual Shorty Impact Award for Special Project and was a Tribeca X Award finalist. Tyler also served as Head Writer and Supervising Producer of NBC’s UNICEF WON’T STOP, a variety show featuring Cher and P!nk.

Since 2024, Tyler is back at Carnegie Hall where he works with Visiting Presenters of concerts and musical theater, comedy, podcasts, conferences and film premieres. Recent Carnegie events include Cameron Winter’s Carnegie Hall debut filmed by Paul Thomas Anderson, the premiere of Ryan Murphy’s FX series Love Story, the Tribeca Festival’s premiere of “My Mom Jane,” an evening with Jacob Collier, and a tribute to Stephen Schwartz presented by The New York Pops.
